What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier’s checks, and wire transfers
• open and close accounts
• learn vault management
• listen to members and offer appropriate solutions using loan and deposit products
• refer issues beyond authority to a supervisor
• follow policies and procedures and protect confidential information.
