What you'll do

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and team coordination
• serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• prepare and coordinate construction documents, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates

• conduct code analysis and quality reviews
• coordinate construction administration, submittals, RFIs, site observations, and inspections
• support business development
• maintain project records and stay current on codes and standards.
