What you'll do

• Supervise the banquet setup team and oversee shift operations
• prepare meeting and banquet rooms and audio-visual equipment
• ensure water, amenities, and breaks are in place before meetings
• respond to guest requests
• maintain and clean event spaces
• refresh rooms during breaks
• assist with meal service and event breakdown
• and submit signed banquet guest checks for billing.
