• Support market launch and ongoing hub operations
• interview, select, onboard, train, and coach Customer Advocates
• set goals and conduct performance check-ins

• assist with vehicle washing and delivery as needed
• drive production and resolve customer-facing issues
• improve customer and team experiences.
