What you'll do

- assist with final inspection of outgoing products, quantities, packaging, labels, and documentation
- monitor workflow, organization, housekeeping, and procedure adherence
- identify operational issues and recommend improvements
- support compliance with shipping procedures, customer requirements, safety policies, and company standards
- communicate operational issues between team members and management
- assist with day-shift attendance and shipping activities.
