What you'll do

• monitor food, beverage, and labor costs
• support revenue and profitability
• ensure food safety, sanitation, liquor-law, and company-standard compliance
• oversee inventory, purchasing, cash handling, and reporting
• partner with hotel leadership on events, promotions, and property-wide initiatives.
