What you'll do

• Manage the annual conferences and events calendar
• define event presence, messaging, and story with marketing and communications
• lead logistics, vendors, booth builds, and onsite operations
• coordinate with organizers and partners on speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and visibility
• represent Gecko at events
• manage VIP visits at the Pittsburgh headquarters
• plan hosted events in Pittsburgh, Washington, DC, and elsewhere
• track event return on investment and build repeatable systems and vendor relationships.
