The role exists to improve operational performance across the healthcare system through Lean Six Sigma initiatives, workflow redesign, analytics, and financial decision support. It also builds organizational capability by coaching teams and embedding continuous improvement practices into everyday work.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives and mentor the OEPI team
• partner with leaders, physicians, and frontline staff to redesign workflows and improve patient flow, labor efficiency, and operational reliability
• contribute to strategic planning, financial pro formas, capital analyses, ROI models, business cases, and service-line planning
• use Excel, Epic reporting, Power BI, and statistical analysis
• teach and coach continuous improvement practices.
