What you'll do

• Support Project Managers with contract documents and billing
• address overdue WIP and Accounts Receivables
• interpret project contracts
• participate in project kick-off meetings
• prepare and review project setup forms
• train accounting staff
• approve invoices
• communicate monthly project variances
• prepare subconsultant accounts payable forms.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Experience

3+ years project cost accounting
