What you'll do

• Submit electronic claims
• review and correct rejected claims
• follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims
• prepare reconsiderations, corrected claims, and appeals
• process EOBs
• investigate outstanding balances and claim issues
• maintain patient ledgers and documentation
• escalate complex issues
• collaborate with billing, clinic, and revenue cycle teams
• identify denial trends.
