Youth Empowerment Coach (Bilingual Preferred)

Accurate case documentation and progress monitoring help ensure participants meet program requirements and move toward successful outcomes.

What you'll do

• Manage a participant caseload and provide counseling and mentoring
• assess skills, work history, education, and employment barriers
• develop employment plans and career pathways
• conduct regular participant meetings and follow-up outreach
• connect participants with training, education, jobs, and supportive services
• track attendance, eligibility, progress, and outcomes
• maintain accurate participant files and program data
• document services and monitor performance reports.
