What you'll do

• Manage a civil litigation caseload
• develop case strategy from initial evaluation through resolution
• draft and argue substantive motions
• take and defend depositions
• handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences
• conduct and oversee written discovery
• negotiate settlements
• prepare matters for arbitration and trial
• advise clients on strategy, risk, and case developments
• collaborate with attorneys.
