Care Transport Associate Driver (NEMT)

What you'll do

• Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and other destinations
• assist clients with boarding and exiting vehicles, including those with mobility challenges
• maintain a clean, safe, functioning vehicle
• coordinate scheduling and client needs with care coordinators
• report changes in client condition or behavior
• follow traffic laws and company driving policies
• provide courteous, patient-centered service.
