What you'll do

• Assist with implementation of resident care plans and safety measures
• coordinate and supervise services on assigned units
• round on nursing units and check in with staff and residents
• ensure residents are treated with dignity and staff follow policies
• support nurses with assessments, care planning, task priorities, and education
• monitor and document incidents and complaints
• facilitate communication with providers and responsible parties
• spot-check documentation
• respond to and document emergencies
• assist with staffing
• supervise equipment use
• provide direct resident care as needed
• prepare performance reviews and provide correction or re-education.
