What you'll do

• Deliver in-person and webinar pre-live training to providers and clinical and administrative staff
• provide go-live and at-the-elbow support
• use curriculum and tools to teach EHR concepts
• customize best-practice curriculum based on workflow assessments
• monitor e-learning completion
• ensure training is scheduled and delivered on time
• use metrics to identify additional training needs
• collaborate with Implementation, Product Performance, and Performance teams
• and serve as an athenahealth subject-matter resource to other Privia teams.
