What you'll do

• Prepare recipes and plate dishes consistently
• follow food safety procedures and proper storage and preparation temperatures
• perform short-order cooking
• operate the fryer and flat-top grill
• prep and portion ingredients
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• restock supplies
• and interact positively with guests.
