Front Desk Night Auditor — 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

The Front Desk Night Auditor works onsite at My Place Hotel in Huntersville, NC. Pay is $16.50–$17.50 per hour. Regular overnight shifts run from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with an expected long-term schedule of three to four shifts per week; weekend and holiday shifts may be required. The role supports overnight hotel operations and guest service. The night auditor assists guests, completes nightly financial audits, maintains accurate records, and helps keep the property safe and welcoming. The position also supports overnight upkeep, laundry, and clear handovers to the morning shift.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests and process check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and requests
• complete nightly audits and reconcile transactions
• process payments and maintain guest records
• conduct property checks and monitor entrances and public areas
• keep assigned public areas clean and stocked
• support laundry and housekeeping as needed
• document shift activity and hand over information to the morning team.
