Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist, Part-Time

TOX-PRESSOTECHNIK’s U.S. operation supports customers in manufacturing and other industries with press drive systems, sheet-metal joining, and assembly solutions. The specialist manages assigned customer receivables, investigates payment delays and disputes, and follows collection issues through resolution. The work supports timely collections, accurate account records, and improved management of past-due balances.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned outstanding and past-due receivables
• review aging and prioritize collection activity
• contact customers about payment status and commitments
• investigate invoice disputes, deductions, short payments, and missing documentation
• coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
• document collection activity and follow up on commitments
• escalate high-risk accounts
• prepare statements and invoice copies
• apply and reconcile payments
• assist with month-end reporting and recommend process improvements.
