Mitigation Technician

The Mitigation Technician position is onsite in Monument, CO, and is full-time. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The role supports property restoration after water, fire, mold, and other environmental losses.

What you'll do

• Assess damaged properties and perform water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, demolition, moisture mapping, and assistance with mold remediation and fire or smoke cleanup. Document work with photos, readings, notes, and material tracking
• set up and maintain mitigation equipment
• follow safety and PPE requirements
• and communicate with clients and team members. Participate in rotating on-call shifts, including nights and weekends.

Why this role

Prior mitigation, construction, or restoration experience is preferred but not required; training is available. IICRC certifications are a plus or may be obtained within 90 days.
