What you'll do

• Train new drivers on delivery protocols, safety, compliance, and customer service
• retrain current drivers as assigned
• support leadership with new initiatives
• operate a tractor-trailer safely and professionally
• participate in and partially lead team meetings and events
• assist with training programs
• deliver products on time
• transfer materials to docks or designated areas
• assist with administrative tasks
• provide route coverage during vacations or driver absences
• comply with policies, procedures, and laws.
