What you'll do

• Review resumes
• screen candidates and schedule interviews
• source and engage candidates through job boards, networking sites, search engines, social media, applicant databases, calls, texts, and email
• manage candidates in the Applicant Tracking System
• partner with hiring managers on intake, strategy, feedback, and offers
• support recruitment marketing
• maintain client relationships
• provide customer service
• participate in process improvements
• complete weekly reporting. Occasional travel may be required.
