What you'll do

• Lead the team during the shift
• maintain product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• motivate and coach team members
• address team and guest concerns and escalate issues to store leadership
• support Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon operations
• assist with opening and closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
