What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and enter them into the computerized scheduler
• record filled and canceled appointments
• notify therapists about cancellations and rescheduling
• remind patients of appointments
• greet and direct patients, salespeople, and visitors
• answer and route calls
• assist with patient registration and payments
• perform other administrative tasks as directed.
