Child Watch Attendant

The Child Watch Attendant role is onsite in Spring Grove, PA. The stated pay range is $9–$11 per hour. The position supports the Spring Grove YMCA’s Child Watch space, giving parents time to focus on health and wellness. The attendant supervises and engages children in a safe, welcoming environment, using age-appropriate activities and positive guidance while communicating with families and staff.

What you'll do

• Supervise and engage children with age-appropriate games, movement, and quiet activities
• use positive discipline and guidance
• support cleanup and bathroom routines
• follow safety, health, and infection-control procedures
• complete documentation and incident reports
• respond to emergencies using established procedures
• communicate with families and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
