What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales representatives
• coach representatives selling windows, doors, and siding
• conduct weekly ride-alongs, sales meetings, and training
• track performance and sales goals
• maintain personal sales production
• coordinate lead coverage
• support home shows, canvassing, referrals, and other lead-generation efforts
• build self-generated business
• support customer experience and review generation.
