What you'll do

• Manage newly activated accounts through the first payment cycle
• contact customers to support onboarding and payment setup
• assist with autopay and electronic billing enrollment
• identify and address barriers to first payment
• monitor payment-risk indicators
• manage assigned accounts and early-stage delinquencies
• resolve billing and setup issues
• document account activity
• collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Operations
• identify trends and recommend process improvements.
