Recruiting Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 30–40 hires annually
• source candidates through job boards, advertising, outreach, schools, and events
• build candidate pipelines
• coordinate offers and onboarding paperwork, background checks, and E-Verify
• facilitate orientation and initial safety training
• support engagement, recognition, retention, and career development
• maintain records and recruiting documentation
• travel approximately two nights per month to North Carolina locations.
