Store Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop store team members
• recruit, select, train, and motivate staff
• maintain a safe, clean store
• ensure operational standards and compliance
• oversee daily produce, meat, and center-store operations
• manage sales, customer counts, labor productivity, shrink, and customer perception metrics
• execute merchandising and plan-o-grams
• manage inventory, freshness, and rotation
• oversee accounting, cash handling, loss prevention, payroll, sanitation, and food safety practices
• obtain required food safety certification
• protect company property
• and manage vendor accountability.

Why this role
