In-Home Therapy Clinician

Job overview

The In-Home Therapy Clinician role is based in Holyoke, MA, and provides therapy in clients’ homes or another location chosen by the family. The annual salary is $60,000–$64,000. Gandara Mental Health Center provides behavioral health and community-based services, including adolescent and family services. The role works with youth, caregivers, and other providers to assess needs, develop treatment and safety plans, and support progress toward treatment goals.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and develop clinical formulations
• complete home-based and behavioral health assessments, including age-appropriate Massachusetts Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths assessments
• develop and modify youth- and family-centered treatment plans
• collaborate with youth, caregivers, and providers
• develop risk-management and safety plans
• provide intensive family therapy and evidence-based interventions
• identify community resources and natural supports
• provide or secure crisis and emergency services
• collaborate with other people involved in the youth’s care
• submit progress notes that meet applicable requirements.
