What you'll do

• Assist with interviewing, hiring recommendations, and staff scheduling
• participate in orientation and in-service education
• support performance reviews and personnel processes
• help ensure documentation and policies are followed
• assist with care planning
• make daily rounds
• support continuous quality improvement
• follow up on status changes and service delivery
• complete chart audits under DNS direction
• ensure infection-control techniques
• communicate with families, residents, and staff.
