The CNC Machine Operator Level 4 is an onsite role based in Solon, OH. Compensation is not specified in the posting. This role exists to perform all aspects of the machining process, including solving non-routine problems and escalating process improvements. The operator contributes to the team by overseeing department development and training others.

What you'll do

• Capable of completing set-up operation and troubleshooting of equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform start-stop procedures including machine and conveyor start-up, loading of raw material, and machine shutdown.
• Perform simple and advanced changes, adjustments, and set-up to tooling and fixtures.
• Complete records and forms.
• Check machined parts visually and dimensionally according to quality standards.
• Clean chips from tooling and parts.
• Recognize and escalate machine malfunctions and part discrepancies.
• Preset tooling as required.
