What you'll do

• Manage the safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals. Oversee, coach, train, and develop production associates
• communicate expectations and performance measures
• and address team conflicts. Review and approve identified vehicle defects, partner with the Inspection Center General Manager on repair or rejection decisions, and train associates to complete repairs to quality standards while minimizing rework and delays. Monitor adherence to procedures and promote safe work practices.
