What you'll do

• Lead and support onsite staff
• participate in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
• oversee resident services, maintenance, leasing, records, permits, inspections, and reporting. Monitor rental market conditions, set leasing goals, meet prospective residents, review applications and leases, and maintain compliance with housing laws and company policies. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., with flexibility for weekend staffing and property emergencies when needed.
