Mammography Technologist Trainee (ARRT Required)

The Mammography Technologist Trainee role is onsite in Olney, MD. Compensation is $35–$37 per hour. RadNet’s imaging team focuses on patient care and clinical outcomes. The trainee completes required mammography and tomosynthesis training and receives hands-on preparation for the ARRT mammography registry. The role supports patients in a clinical setting while building the skills needed to pass the mammography licensing exam and become a full-time mammography technologist with RadNet once certified.

What you'll do

• Complete a 40-hour initial mammography training course webinar, including 8 hours of digital mammography training
• complete 8 hours of tomosynthesis training
• participate in hands-on mammography training in preparation for the ARRT mammography registry
• pass the required mammography licensing exam
• participate in projects or meetings and complete other assigned tasks
• safeguard onsite medications
• maintain professional, respectful interactions with patients and coworkers.
