Customer Service Associate

What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide service
• explain wash packages, memberships, promotions, and the mobile app
• encourage membership enrollment, loyalty participation, and customer reviews
• answer questions and help resolve concerns
• perform quality checks
• safely load vehicles and direct traffic
• rotate between customer service and tunnel operations
• maintain vacuum and customer areas, remove trash, restock detail carts and amenities, complete lot checks, and participate in periodic tunnel maintenance
• follow safety policies and procedures.
