What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and file employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions and applications
• support H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, adjustment of status, and other employment-based matters
• manage consular processing and National Visa Center matters
• monitor case status and deadlines
• liaise with government agencies
• coordinate documentation with attorneys, clients, and employees
• maintain case files and databases
• track billable and non-billable time
• conduct legal and procedural research.
