What you'll do

• Manage assigned litigation matters under supervision
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents
• conduct legal research and analysis
• prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance representatives
• assist with case strategy and resolution
• participate in settlement negotiations
• maintain case files, billing records, and deadlines
• and assist with trial preparation and proceedings.
