Associate Litigation Attorney

The Associate Litigation Attorney role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA. Compensation is not specified. The attorney will join the firm’s General Liability Practice Group and Toxic Tort Practice Group, supporting its national litigation risk management work. The role manages civil litigation matters from intake through resolution and contributes to client defense through legal analysis, case strategy, written advocacy, and courtroom and alternative dispute resolution work. It also supports client communication and trial preparation.

What you'll do

• Manage cases proactively in state and federal courts
• draft pleadings, written discovery, and motions and conduct supporting research
• communicate and report to clients
• prepare legal analyses, case evaluations, and strategy recommendations
• coordinate with expert witnesses
• attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• assist with trial preparation.
