What you'll do

• Plan and implement age-appropriate toddler curriculum and daily lesson plans
• foster a safe, nurturing classroom
• monitor and document developmental milestones
• communicate with parents and guardians
• supervise and mentor assistant teachers and aides
• and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and childcare safety standards. Incorporate social-emotional learning, language development, and sensory play into daily routines.

Why this role
