What you'll do

  • Manage and process newly assigned member cases in the Harmony electronic database using daily assignment reports
  • ensure compliance with ADvantage Waiver program requirements
  • use Harmony and ICE systems
  • support overflow workload across ADvantage operations
  • provide provider question support
  • submit help desk tickets for information or assistance
  • maintain customer service and professional communication through Microsoft Teams. Occasional travel is stated
  • a valid driver’s license and required car insurance are needed.
