The specialist partners with Inside Sales to develop tailored solutions and guide qualified prospects through purchasing decisions. The role also provides device expertise, captures customer feedback, creates sales resources, and represents the company at industry events and demonstrations.

What you'll do

• Advise on device use cases, competitive analysis, technical specifications, and value propositions
• partner with Inside Sales on custom solutions and negotiations
• relay market feedback to internal teams
• develop product guides, FAQs, and technical documentation
• represent MRP at trade shows
• conduct live product demonstrations
• build relationships with key opinion leaders.
