The caregiver supports clients with daily living, mobility, meals, household tasks, medication reminders, errands, and companionship. The role promotes independence and a safe, dignified home environment while communicating with families and healthcare professionals and documenting changes in clients’ needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, meals, and feeding as needed
• perform light housekeeping and provide medication reminders. Accompany or transport clients to errands and appointments, provide companionship and meaningful activities, communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, and document and report changes in condition or needs.
