What you'll do
- Provides spiritual care and counseling for patients and their family members.
- Completes an assessment of the patient's and family's spiritual needs at the time of admission and throughout course of care.
- Coordinates with the patient/family and interdisciplinary team to establish, review and revise the plan of care for each patient.
- Administers and coordinates the administration of sacraments.
