Product Owner – Service Desk

What you'll do

• Set the Service Desk product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap
• own and prioritize the ticket backlog
• guide ServiceNow ITSM and related employee-support capabilities
• partner with process owners on incident, request, knowledge, problem, and major incident management
• gather user feedback and facilitate discovery, roadmap reviews, backlog refinement, and demonstrations
• monitor service outcomes and trends
• and maintain dashboards and executive reporting. The role provides cross-functional product leadership and does not have primary responsibility for day-to-day people management or shift scheduling.
