What you'll do

• Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure, systems, network, and end-user issues
• administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related systems
• support VMware, storage, backups, and network infrastructure
• monitor server and communication rooms
• assist with upgrades and deployments
• support cybersecurity, documentation, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• provide onsite and remote support
• follow safety and MSHA requirements.
