What you'll do

• Prepare, wash, and chop ingredients
• set up, stock, and close stations
• assist with deliveries and organize storage
• prepare and plate food consistently and meet reasonable ticket times
• coordinate food running with hosts
• remove food with quality issues and notify the Kitchen Manager
• store and rotate ingredients properly and reduce waste
• follow applicable policies and health regulations.
