Job overview
The Multifamily Property Management Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Broomfield, CO; compensation is $20.00–$42.50 per hour. The technician supports the Brownstones at Palisade Park, a 160-unit rental townhome community managed by Chartered Development Corporation, a development, construction, and property management company. The role maintains the community’s homes and shared property through resident service requests, preventative maintenance, make-ready work, repairs, safety practices, and accurate records, helping optimize day-to-day operations for residents and other stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Complete resident service requests within 48 hours or less
- perform routine, preventative, and make-ready maintenance
- diagnose and perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, drywall, paint, and trim repairs
- maintain tools and inventory
- identify unsafe conditions
- comply with applicable laws and EPA and OSHA requirements
- keep maintenance records
- assist with onboarding and training personnel.
