What you'll do

• Examine patients' legs and feet to determine and diagnose diseases and develop care plans.
• Treat bone, muscle and joint disorders affecting the feet and ankles.
• Perform wound care management.
• Diagnose diseases and deformities of the foot and ankle using medical histories, physical examinations, x-rays, and laboratory test results.
• Advise patients about treatment plans and foot and ankle care techniques.
• Provide education/consultation to patients, family, and health care team members.
• Properly maintain medical records.
