The Evening Chef de Partie — The Selvedge role is onsite in Healdsburg, CA. Pay is $23–$27 per hour plus tips. The Chef de Partie supports The Selvedge culinary team in delivering its daily service and guest experiences. The role oversees an assigned kitchen station, prepares menu items to established recipes and presentation standards, and completes mise en place for breakfast and tea time. It also supports kitchen organization, food safety, teamwork, and training of junior team members.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, techniques, and presentation standards
• check ingredient quality and freshness
• complete breakfast and tea-time mise en place
• maintain a clean, organized, stocked workstation
• assist with inventory, product rotation, and storage
• support breakfast, private dining, events, and culinary programming
• assist with training and mentoring junior team members
• follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
