What you'll do

• Conduct research, data collection, analysis, and statistical tasks
• analyze land use, zoning, development patterns, demographics, transportation, and community conditions
• assist with comprehensive, master, corridor, and community plans
• support design recommendations with research, mapping, and graphics
• interpret zoning codes and planning policies
• assist with environmental planning documentation
• support public and stakeholder meetings, workshops, surveys, presentations, reports, and grant applications.
